See IRC Section <br /> R301.1. <br /> 3. The framing in the Roof Plan on Sheet A7 includes pre-engineered trusses. See Section <br /> R802.10.1. The following comments should be addressed: <br /> a. The notes on Sheet Al should include a section for Deferred Submittals listing the trusses. <br /> The section should includes a statement requiring the trusses to be designed by a <br /> professional engineer in the state of Washington. Sealed and signed drawings and <br /> calculations should be submitted to the designer-of-record for review and approval prior to <br /> fabrication and installation. <br /> b. The notes on Sheet Al should include the minimum design loads for the trusses per IRC <br /> Section R301.2 and EMC Section 16.01.010(J). <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
