See section R106.1.1. <br /> The drawings have been revised to more clearly delineate between existing and proposed construction. <br /> Please reference the general notes per each sheet. Section R106.1.1. makes no reference to the comments <br /> provided in your response. <br /> 2. The Bedroom in the southwest corner of the building appears to be two rooms. Verify if a wall is missing. <br /> See section R106.1.1. <br /> The original drawings are accurate,and the existing bedroom is configured as drawn. Again, section <br /> R106.1.1. make no reference to the comments provided in your response. <br /> Architectural Comments: <br /> 1. The"Ventilation Notes"on sheet A2.2 provide calculations for venting for the new addition roofs. The <br /> following comments should be addressed: <br /> a. The calculation appears to address additions only. The additions have an estimated total area of 800 <br /> SF. The additions are anticipated to impact the ventilation for the existing building. Details providing <br /> ventilation through the existing roof should be included, <br /> 1 � 5 <br />
