Submitted checklists that lack the necessary information for review are considered <br /> incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of this task is to conveyall relevant information aboutthe proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> Existing SFR with paved drive/walkway to the entry and gravel side drive. Site <br /> slopes from south(high) to north(low). No critical areas on site. <br /> • <br /> Describe existing structures (location, type): <br /> Existing single-story, single-family residence located towards the south end <br /> (street side) of lot. <br /> Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep,%): <br /> Uniformly sloped with average slope at 6.5%. 5.. <br /> Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br /> Single roof surface, paved drive and gravel side drive between house and street. <br /> Paved walkway connects front drive to main entry. / <br /> Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quantity ft2): <br /> No natural vegetation.
