PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />This stormwater site plan report summarizes the storm drainage analysis and design for the <br />Everett Community College (EvCC) 1216 Broadway Surface Parking Lot Development Project. <br />The project will construct new pavement to replace a demolished building, two driveway <br />entrances, and sidewalk repairs along the street frontage. The site is mostly asphalt pavement for <br />the recently demolished Eagles Club building.
