We take in a separate fee for the ADU application and covenant. The fee is$567.00. We received the ADU application, but it does not appear that this fee has been paid. Kathy Davis can take payment over the phone at 425-257-8731 or you can mail in a check to the address below. Please note Kathy is out of the office this week, but we can also process the ADU check at Permit Services if you would like to pay this week. The project number assigned to this project is REVI21-067. Note:The ADU covenant must be recorded at the County prior to permit issuance. When the building permit is approved, I will notify you to pick up the covenant and record at the County. 2930 Wetmore Avenue Suite 8-A Everett,WA 98201 Response: The owner called Kathy and mailed in the payment. Please confirm receipt of payment. 2. The certificate includes both Dwayne and Kasidee's signatures, but the covenant only includes Dwayne's. The documents must be signed by all property owners. Additionally,the signatures were not notarized in the ADU covenant. Please submit a notarized copy of the ADU covenant and fill in the project numbers on the coversheet(B2103-087 and REVI21-067). The owners notarized a new form and received City approval then recorded the ADU Convent (see attached pdf of notarized ADU Covenant).The original should be arriving in the mail to you if you haven't already received it.
