I am reviewing your plans <br /> for the Planning Division. I don't see that a site plan was included with the original plan set or most recent revisions <br /> received on July 15th. A site plan is required for all new commercial buildings and additions in accordance with our <br /> commercial construction submittal checklist. I should note that I do not have any fundamental concerns for Planning at <br /> this point as to connecting the buildings however I do need to verify how this additional area impacts the site, <br /> particularly in regards to the parking provisions of EMC 19.34. <br /> Please submit 2 copies of a site plan at your earliest convenience so I can complete my review for Planning. Our interim <br /> permit intake/resubmittal policy is outlined in the "Website&online resources" link in my signature.That link also <br /> includes submittal checklist requirements and other resources including how to find prior plan documents for reference <br /> in making your site plan. <br /> If you have any Planning questions, please let me know and I'm happy to be of assistance. <br /> Note: these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from <br /> other departments.
