May 17, 2023 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Executive Director Lori Cummings stated she would have staff members reach out to the <br />members of the public who spoke this evening to address their concerns. <br /> <br />She also stated they are working on an update regarding the EUCC shelter. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman requested a one hour and fifteen-minute executive <br />session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(f), with no action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7892 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,990,035.29 for the period ending April 29, 2023, through May 5, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – SOLE SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7893 waiving public bidding requirements and approving a multiple- <br />year sole-source purchase of Gillig transit bus original equipment manufacturer replacement <br />parts from Gillig, LLC. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT - SNOHOMISH COUNTY CONSTRUCTION CRAFTS COLLECTIVE <br /> BARGAINING <br /> <br />To authorize Mayor to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the <br />Snohomish County Construction Crafts employees for 2023 through 2024. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
