Landlord Notice Real Property Manager <br /> Address City of Everett <br /> 2930 Wetmore Ave. <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Tenant Notice At the Leased Premises, with a copy to: <br /> Address Washington Rush Soccer Club <br /> 8227 44th Ave. W Unit M <br /> Mukilteo, WA 98275 <br /> Attn.: Sandy Baker <br /> Tenant shall provide updated address to Landlord within 30 days of any <br /> change of address. See Section 23(e). <br /> Services Landlord will provide the Leased Premises with electricity, water, sewer <br /> Provided by and heat and garbage services. These services are included in the Base <br /> Landlord Rent. <br /> Additional All signage must be pre-approved by the Landlord as set forth in Section <br /> Requirements 12, and all costs associated with any signage and installation and removal <br /> Regarding Signs (and any damage caused thereby) of any signage is solely the responsibility <br /> of the Tenant. <br /> Additional Rules Dissemination of public information: Any request for information or public <br /> questions, complaints, feedback, or similar items must be referred to the <br /> Recreation Office and any dissemination of Everett Parks and Facilities <br /> information must be pre-approved by contacting the Recreation Office at <br /> 425 257-8300 option 2 or recreation@everettwa.gov. <br /> Keys and Access: At the Tenant's expense, Tenant may re-key and lock the <br /> Leased Premises but must provide 2 keys to Landlord for Landlord access. <br /> Trash and waste removal: Tenant may dispose of garbage and waste only <br /> in preapproved waste containers at Kasch Park, which includes the large <br /> waste dumpster located at Kasch Park. <br /> Responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items: The Landlord is not <br /> responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items inside the Leased <br /> Premises. <br /> Stored items: The Tenant may not store or keep anything on the exterior <br /> of the Leased Premises or outside of the Leased Premises at any time. <br /> Any painting on the walls in the interior of the Leased Premises must be re- <br /> painted to white by Tenant at the end of the Lease. <br /> Additional N/A <br /> Provisions <br /> 2 <br />
