EXHIBIT A <br /> Legal Description of Leased Premises <br /> A space of the first floor of that building located at 3201 Smith Avenue, as depicted below, <br /> consisting of approximately 640 square feet of usable space. Said lease space lying with <br /> the property legally described as follows: <br /> That portion of Blocks 744 and 759 in the Everett Land Company's First Addition to the <br /> City of Everett.
