EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK Exhibit A to Professional Services Agreement (Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office January 7, 2010, updated December 2, 2022) Architectural and Engineering services associated with the installation and renovation to multiple restrooms located at Howarth Park located at 1127 Olympic Blvd., Everett WA 98203, Legion Park located at 145 Alverson Blvd., Everett WA 98201, Thorton A. Sullivan Park located at 11405 Silver Lake Rd., Everett WA 98208. Services for this project includes preparation of construction documents, permit drawings, cost estimation, bidding, and construction administration. The scope of services and fees listed below outline the work necessary to complete plans, specifications, assists with permitting and bidding, and construction aministration. Phase 01 – Information Gathering Task A1 – Architecture - Legion Park, 145 Alverson Blvd Task A2 – Architecture - TA Sullivan Park, 11405 Silver Lake Rd TaskA3 – Architecture - Forest Park, 802 E. Mukilteo Blvd Task A4 – Architecture - Howarth Park, 1127 Olympic Blvd 1. Prepare base drawings of the existing restroom based on Client-provided documents and field measurement. 2. Code research. Phase 01 – Information Gathering Task XM1 – MEP - Legion Park, 145 Alverson Blvd Task XM2 – MEP - TA Sullivan Park, 11405 Silver Lake Rd Task XM3 – MEP - Forest Park, 802 E. Mukilteo Blvd Task XM4 – MEP - Howarth Park, 1127 Olympic Blvd Design West Engineering will provide the following services for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering for this phase: 1. Perform a site visit to each site to observe readily visible existing conditions. Phase 10 – Schematic Design Task A1 – Architecture - Legion Park, 145 Alverson Blvd Task A2 – Architecture - TA Sullivan Park, 11405 Silver Lake Rd Task A3 – Architecture - Forest Park, 802 E. Mukilteo Blvd Develop the schematic building design (SD) to follow codes, Client’s goals and establish design concept. The following activities will be performed: 1. Schedule and attend pre-application meeting with City of Everett. 2. Prepare preliminary project design schedule. 3. Prepare one-page project management plan. 4. Prepare up to two (2) layout options showing ADA compliant family-style restrooms within the existing building shell. 5. Prepare building and accessibility code summary. 6. Prepare drawings in Revit indicating the scale and relationships of project components in conformance with program and preferred layout, including one round of revision. 7. Prepare specification table of contents to identify necessary sections.
