Prepare one (1) layout showing ADA compliant family-style restrooms within the existing building <br /> footprint to determine feasibility of renovation. <br /> <br />2. Prepare one (1) layout showing ADA compliant prefabricated concrete restrooms set in a location and <br /> configuration similar to the site/grading plan dated 10-12-2022. <br /> <br />3. Provide drawings and assist cost estimator for cost estimates. <br /> <br />Meetings: <br />• One all team kick off meeting. <br />• 2 team coordination meetings. Assumptions: <br />• Duration for this phase will be 4 weeks. <br />• Client will provide comment and/ or approval within 5 business days of ongoing receipt of deliverable; this <br /> is necessary to keep project on schedule. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Project management plan <br />• Progress reports <br />• Meeting agenda and notes <br />• Schematic Design Drawings (PDF and CAD format) <br /> <br /> <br />Phase 10 – Schematic Design <br />Task XM1 – MEP - Legion Park, 145 Alverson Blvd <br />Task XM2 – MEP - TA Sullivan Park, 11405 Silver Lake Rd <br />Task XM3 – MEP - Forest Park, 802 E.
