EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A to Professional Services Agreement <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office January 7, 2010, updated December 2, 2022) <br /> <br />RMC Architects will provide and analyze options for generating a new public use of the former City swim center at <br />Forest Park located at 802 E Mukilteo Boulevard, Everett. The swim center structure is a 15,775 sq ft with an 11,660 <br />sq ft single swim area on one level with limited site parking. New and alternative uses shall be compared to a <br />“baseline” use of the former Swim Center operations and may include a relocation of Park Administrative Staff to <br />this site, a variety of programmed park department recreational opportunities and creative lease options to third party <br />recreational or service providers. A wide variety of uses shall be considered and high graded with at least 5, but not <br />more than 8 be further analyzed for remodel impacts to facilitate the identified potential uses and for operational <br />proforma costs to 3rd parties. <br /> <br />Team Members: <br />Architecture RMC Architects, PLLC (RMC) <br />Landscape Architect RW Droll <br />Economic Proforma Maul Foster Alongi (MFA) <br />Aquatics Water Technology Inc. (WTI) <br />Cost Estimator DCW Cost Management (DCW) <br /> <br />RMC Architects, PLLC will complete the following tasks: <br />- Visioning session with stakeholders. <br />- Programming alternatives (City uses, and 3rd party). <br />- Consolidate data and baseline plans. <br />- Test fit uses at site. <br />- Provide pro and con analysis <br />- Proforma and remodel cost opinions. <br />- Summary meeting, report. <br /> <br />Landscape Architect RW Droll will complete the following tasks: <br />- Project Background. <br />- Program Elements List and Vetting. <br />- Cost Estimate Consultation. <br />- Project Management. <br /> <br />Aquatics Water Technology Inc., (WTI) will complete the following tasks: <br />- Aquatic Evaluation. <br />- Conduct a site visit and document current conditions. <br />- Identify deficiencies in aquatic components with regards to the current local health codes and industry standards. <br /> <br />WTI will address the following components: <br />- Pool vessels. <br />- Pool finishes. <br />- Pool circulation pumps, fittings, valves, flow meters, gauges, and controls, pool filtration system and overflow <br />recovery system, pool water chemistry treatment system, pool deck areas and equipment. <br />- Develop recommendations for repairs, renovations, and replacements. <br />- Develop rough order of magnitude aquatic construction budget regarding recommendations. <br /> <br />Program and Concept Development: <br />- WTI will consult with the client to develop and aquatic program consisting of prioritized aquatic goals, objectives, <br />and intented activities and uses of the aquatic spaces and features. <br />- WTI will perform the following tasks: <br /> a) Confirm aquatic goals, objectives and intented activities. <br /> b) Develop aquatic program and capacities, identify number of pools, pool zones, and depths, identify preliminary <br />water activities and features. <br /> c) Develop rough order of magniture aquatic cost opinion. <br /> d) Develop aquatic concept plan.
