<br />Page 13 <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office November 1, 2009) <br /> <br />WTI Deliverables: <br />- Aquatic Evaluation Report. <br />- Rough Order of Magniture Aquatic Construction Budget. <br />- Aquatic Program Narrative. <br />- Rough Order of Magniture Aquatic Cost Opinion. <br />- Aquatic Concept Plan. <br /> <br />Cost Estimator DCW Cost Management (DCW) will complete the following tasks: <br />- Prepare an opinion of probable construction costs during this stage for up to 5 options including all elements as <br />necessary for a complete cost estimate. <br />- Prepare a single revision to the opinion of probable construction costs after review and commentary by the team. <br />- Up to 3 team and client meetings are included this phase. <br /> <br /> <br />Maul Foster Alongi (MFA) will complete the following tasks: <br />Task 1 - Reuse Alternatives Development: <br />- Prepare for and participate in an alternatives framework workshop with the RMC Architects project team to <br />identify and prioritize potential building reuse alternatives for the swim center. <br />- Based on input from the workshop, RMC will prepare a summary document of up to 5 reuse alternatives for further <br />analysis. The summary for each alternative will detail each alternatives program elements and associated square <br />footage. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Reuse Alternatives Modeling: For each reuse alterative outlined in the summary document MFA will: <br />- Collect the necessary information to inform potential revenue streams and operation al costs for the different reuse <br />alternatives. <br />- Identify comparable projects to use as case studies and conduct interviews with a project representative to better <br />understand their operations requirements. <br />- Organize data inputs for cash flow modeling, including revenue estimates , operational costs, and building <br />renovation costs. <br />- Develop cash flow analysis for each reuse alternative to understand the financial and resource implication of each <br />alternative. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Summary of Findings: <br />- Prepare a memo summarizing case study reseach and results of development feasibility analysis. <br />- Present findings to City staff. <br /> <br />Schedule: <br />The Team proposes to complete the Feasibility Study within 90 days from Notice to Proceed/Contract <br />Approval. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
