Exhibit "A" <br />Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, <br />Payment, Notices, and Representatives <br />l. Scope of Service <br />A. Activities/Project Description <br />The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the RentalAssistance for Covid Relief <br />program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a <br />condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under <br />the Community Development Block Grant Program: <br />Program Delivery <br />Activity: <br />The RentalAssistance for Covid Relief will serve 40 Persons Choose an item.by providing rental <br />assistance <br />General Adm in istration <br />[Description of general administrative serwbes to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br />Hand in Hand's method is to build relationships with families living in poverty through on and offsite <br />direct activities, referrals from area schools, social service agencies, and the Department of Children, <br />Youth and Families. Using a case management approach, we will evaluate the family need, provide <br />direct services and resources, and/or refer to and work with partner agencies for additional support. <br />Hand in Hand will monitor CDBG funds and review quarterly to ensure all funds are dispersed during <br />the reporting period. We anticipate providing $1,000-2500 per household. <br />B. National Objectives <br />The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br />meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br />2020 Program Year, "Benefit lodmoderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br />Appropriate subcategory and Matrix code under the National objective: <br />Limited Glientele; 05Q, Subsistence Payments 24 cFR 570.207(bl(4) or 42 USc s305(a)(s) + 24 cFR <br />570.482(cl(21 <br />Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: For this grant, our Outreach team will <br />work with Everett families in need.
