Exhibit "A" Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, Payment, Notices, and Representatives l. Scope of Service A. Activities/Project Description The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the RentalAssistance for Covid Relief program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community Development Block Grant Program: Program Delivery Activity: The RentalAssistance for Covid Relief will serve 40 Persons Choose an item.by providing rental assistance General Adm in istration [Description of general administrative serwbes to be performed in support of activities noted above] Hand in Hand's method is to build relationships with families living in poverty through on and offsite direct activities, referrals from area schools, social service agencies, and the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Using a case management approach, we will evaluate the family need, provide direct services and resources, and/or refer to and work with partner agencies for additional support. Hand in Hand will monitor CDBG funds and review quarterly to ensure all funds are dispersed during the reporting period. We anticipate providing $1,000-2500 per household. B. National Objectives The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the 2020 Program Year, "Benefit lodmoderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208.
