additional community resources which includes food banks, programs forlow-moderate <br />income utility programs and feeding programs. We require proof of income through pay <br />stubs or a letter from employer/s for every adult living in the home. We require proof of <br />state issued identification such as driver's license for all adults living in the home. We <br />verify that all clients are LMI according to HUD AMI guidelines. <br />C. Performance Monitorinq <br />The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards <br />required herein through quarterly reports and on-site and/or virtual site visits. Substandard <br />performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. lf action <br />to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period <br />of time, as determined by the City and after being notified by the City, contract suspension or <br />termination procedures will be initiated. <br />D.
