City review comment response logs in Excel format. <br />3. Final bid-ready plans and specifications stamped and signed by the engineers of <br />record and final cost opinion – one electronic PDF copy on CD or thumb drive. <br />4. AutoCAD file of Final Design. <br /> <br />TASK 500 – BID PERIOD SUPPORT <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to assist the City during bidding and award process on an as <br />needed basis. <br /> <br />• Attend the pre-bid walkthrough. <br />• Assist the City with responses to prospective bidder's questions during the <br />bidding period. <br />• Assist the City with the preparation of up to two (2) addenda (as needed). <br />• Provide input on apparent low bidder (i.e. check references, review bid tab, etc.). <br />Assumptions <br />1. It is assumed the City will lead this task with the Consultant providing technical <br />support as outlined below. <br />2. The pre-bid walkthrough will be conducted at the project site and will include up <br />to two (2) consultant staff for up to 6 hours each, including travel time. <br />3. Up to two (2) total bid clarifications and/or addenda will be provided. <br />4. City will lead bidding effort and will submit all documentation required for bidding <br />to online bidding clearing house services. The Consultant will not be required to <br />reproduce bid sets to be distributed to prospective bidders. <br />5. The City will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the bidder's list, <br />managing questions during bidding, and distributing any required information, <br />including addenda and/or clarifications. <br />Meetings <br />1.
