6 <br />Task 10.Project Report DOH Coordination Support <br />Jacobs shall provide technical support to the City for coordination with DOH related to the full- <br />scale testing and Project Report. This support may include participation in-person meetings, <br />video conferences, on-site visits, and phone calls. The budget for the undefined support <br />associated with this task is an allowance of $25,000 for labor and expenses (if any). Jacobs’s <br />efforts with respect to this task shall be at the specific request and direction of City. <br />Task 11.DOH Project Report <br />Jacobs shall develop a Project Report that meets the applicable requirements of <br />WAC 246-290-110. The Project Report shall satisfy the need for a Project Report for the tasks <br />and associated assessment work presented herein. The Project Report, in general, shall be <br />comprised of the following key sections and elements in addition to those specifically required <br />by WAC 246-290-100: <br />1.A brief description of, and reference to, the 2021 WFP Facility Plan. Improvements <br />developed in the Facility Plan that are currently being implemented shall be identified. <br />2.Incorporation of the Filter Capacity Assessment and the Chemical Systems Capacity <br />Assessment <br />3.A brief description of, and incorporation by appendix of, the High-Rate Filtration Pilot <br />Test Report (scoped and budgeted previously, as part of Amendment 2) <br />4.A brief description of, and incorporation by appendix of, the Full-Scale, High-Rate <br />Filtration Test Report <br />5.A table summarizing the Project Report requirements of WAC 246-290-100 and <br />identifying and justifying whether or not those requirements are applicable to this <br />project. <br />Jacobs shall prepare a draft of the Project Report for City’s review and comment. Jacobs shall <br />prepare an updated draft of the Project Report for submittal by City to DOH for its review and <br />comment. Jacobs shall finalize the Project Report by addressing DOH review comments that are <br />received.
