Federal Avenue Modular Wetland Environmental Support Landau Associates December 20, 2022 2 assumes a moderate level of effort will be necessary for preparation of this report and assumes preparation of a City-review draft, an Ecology-review draft, and final version of the report. This task also includes a contingency budget for any additional visits to the project. Landau has assumed 8 hours of support at the Senior Staff billing title and 2 hours at the Senior Associate billing title. Task 011 . Project Management Project management includes project setup and closure, contracting, invoicing and budget tracking, and coordination/communication with the City. Estimated Cost The estimated cost for the scope of services described above is detailed in Exhibit B. Project Staff Dylan Frazer, LG will manage the project. Dylan is project manager for the current contract between the City and Landau and has managed work at both the ExxonMobil/ADC and the adjacent Kimberly- Clark MTCA sites for both the City and the Port of Everett. Additional qualified Landau personnel will be utilized to support the project team as needed during the project. Landau understands that our services will be provided under the terms and conditions of a City- originated Professional Services Agreement (PSA). This scope of work will be attached to the PSA as Exhibit A, and our compensation schedule and cost estimate will be attached as Exhibit B.
