The attached proposed lease amendment extends the current lease term until June 30, 2026, at the rate of $32,897.13 per month. Project summary statement: The existing lease agreement with Workforce Development Council Snohomish County for approximately 15,481 square feet on the third and fourth floors at Everett Station will expire on June 30, 2023. The attached proposed lease amendment is effective beginning July 1, 2023, for a duration of three years. The third and fourth floors are at the rate of $25.50/square foot for a total annual compensation amount of $394,765.56. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign lease amendment with Workforce Development Council Snohomish County at Everett Station (3rd and 4th Floors).
