The <br />attached proposed lease amendment extends the current lease term until June 30, 2026, <br />at the rate of $32,897.13 per month. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The existing lease agreement with Workforce Development Council Snohomish County <br />for approximately 15,481 square feet on the third and fourth floors at Everett Station will <br />expire on June 30, 2023. The attached proposed lease amendment is effective beginning <br />July 1, 2023, for a duration of three years. The third and fourth floors are at the rate of <br />$25.50/square foot for a total annual compensation amount of $394,765.56. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign lease amendment with Workforce Development Council <br />Snohomish County at Everett Station (3rd and 4th Floors). <br />
