Coordinate with Client to select two (2) furniture vendors for bidding or pricing <br />exercise. <br />IV. Provide preliminary furniture plan to Client for review, including options for <br />workstation layouts, standardized furniture layouts, materials, and finishes throughout the <br />facility. <br />V. Provide two (2) revisions to preliminary furniture plan incorporating Client comments. <br /> <br />B. Bid Package <br />I. Provide typical enlarged office layout and typical enlarged open office workstation <br />layout. <br />II. Provide specification information on two (2) vendor product lines as previously <br />selected. <br />III. Meet with Client to confirm furniture selections for bid package. <br />IV. Compile and submit bid packages to two (2) selected furniture vendors detailing <br />furniture manufacturers, styles, and finishes. <br />V. Respond to furniture vendor questions during bidding process. <br />VI. Meet with Client to review bids and facilitate selection of final vendor <br />Implementation. <br /> <br />C. Construction Contract Administration <br />I. Assist the Client with awarding of furniture contracts and project scheduling. <br />II. Provide recommended choices for ancillary furniture at conference rooms, break <br />rooms, and lobby. <br />III. Finalize all styles and finishes with Client and vendor. <br />IV. Respond to selected vendor questions during order process and final detailing of <br />installation plans. <br />V. Attend final furniture punch list walk-through with Client and vendor. Punch list will <br />be created by and managed by vendor. <br /> <br />D. Assumptions <br />I. Final furniture specifications and installation documents will be developed and <br />provided by vendor. <br />II. Furniture purchase will be negotiated by Client with a single furniture vendor. <br />III. Vendor will be responsible for punch list. <br /> <br /> <br />Signage and Wayfinding <br /> <br />Signage and Wayfinding services to be provided in Design Development, Construction <br />Documents, and Construction Contract Administration, and include the following: <br /> <br />1. Meet with Client to confirm signage and wayfinding requirements. <br /> <br />2. Develop signage type drawings for each room type (e.g., Office, Conference, <br />miscellaneous building services, etc.). <br /> <br />3. Develop signage specifications, signage location plan, and signage schedule.
