• Analyses, design, plans, specifications, and estimates performed or <br />prepared, as part of this project will be in English units and US dollars <br />(2023). <br />• Plans will be prepared using AutoCAD 2020. <br /> <br />The City will provide the following items and services to the CONSULTANT <br />which will facilitate the work to be undertaken for project. The CONSULTANT is <br />entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness of the data furnished by the <br />City: <br /> <br />• Roadway, curb ramp design or any other disciplines outside of signal and <br />ITS system design. <br />• Preparation of overall project PS&E Package <br />• Traffic control plans. <br />• City will facilitate a field reconnaissance meeting with City Signal <br />Maintenance staff and the Consultant for the purpose of verification of <br />existing signal infrastructure including junction boxes, conduits, wires, and <br />traffic signal cabinet connections. <br />• Coordination for utility franchising and agreements. <br />• Right-of-way coordination, negotiation, and acquisition, if needed. <br />• Geotechnical information if required. <br />• Any pertinent record drawings, plans, reports, and information on the <br />current project and on public works and/or private projects within the <br />immediate vicinity. <br />• Base Map <br />• Civil design and intersection layout for all appurtenances, signal, and <br />traffic control devices, crosswalks, striping and all other aspects to the <br />design with the exception of Signal Design <br />• Existing as-builts in PDF and CAD format (if available) for projects at or <br />around the intersection. <br />• Timely reviews of all work at mutually agreed upon times and <br />consolidation of all review comments onto one review set prior to return to <br />the CONSULTANT. <br />• Field review of proposed improvements with the CONSULTANT. <br />• Payment of applicable review and/or permit fees. <br />• Project specifications front ends <br />• Advertisement for bids. City of Everett <br />• Public involvement coordination and meeting, if needed. <br />• Environmental permit applications, if required. <br />• Stakeholder coordination. The consultant will assist as needed. <br />• City of Everett electronic CAD standards and details. <br /> <br />
