<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL DESIGN PHASE SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The additional Scope of Services described below are the work elements to be <br />accomplished by the Consultant as summarized under each Task. This <br />supplemental scope consists of the following work elements: <br /> <br />(The task numbers below correspond to the original Scope of Services.) <br /> <br />Task 1 – Project Management (Supplemented) <br />Task 4 – 10% Design (Supplemented) <br />Task 5 – 60% Design (Supplemented) <br />Task 6 – 90% Design (Supplemented) <br />Task 7 – Final Ad-Ready Design Submittal (Supplemented) <br /> <br />The extra services are identified in the detailed Scope of Services below. <br /> <br />Task 1 – Project Management (Supplemented) <br /> <br />This task includes project administration, meeting coordination, and design team <br />management. <br /> <br />Work Elements: <br />• Consultant Team Meetings – approximately four (4) additional team <br />meetings are assumed for the additional design services. <br />• Monthly Progress Reports and Invoicing – approximately six (6) progress <br />reports containing a narrative that identifies and describes significant <br />activities performed in the previous month. <br />• Signal Design Team Management – below is a list of continued tasks to <br />be provided for the duration of the additional design: <br />• Schedule and coordinate with design team. <br />• Monitor project budget. <br />• Maintain regular informal contact telephone discussions and electronic <br />mail. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Invoices and Progress Reports <br />• Coordination phone calls and emails <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
