Assumptions: <br />1.OWNER will provide a project manager to respond to the <br />CONSULTANT questions and approval of any potential contract <br />changes, material over-runs, and differing site conditions. <br />2.OWNER will assume management of stakeholders and public <br />relations. <br />3.The appropriate Engineers of Record will review submittals, RFI’s and <br />potential changes. No design plan revisions. All design changes will <br />be updated into the as-built plans. <br />Deliverables: <br />1.Submittal approval for up to 10 submittals and requests for information <br />(RFIs) responses limited to 5 RFIs; Facilitate responses to RFI’s and <br />submittals, ensuring response timelines by the construction contractor, <br />are met for both. Maintain RFI and submittal log to track status and <br />responses <br />2.Lump sum breakdown review. Also, evaluate design changes, design <br />clarifications and other requested deviations from approved design <br />and/or coordinate evaluations and interpretations with the appropriate <br />authorities. <br />3.Change order review and support back up documentation limited to two <br />(2)Change orders. <br />4.Prepare and take part in the Substantial Completion inspection and <br />punch-list reconciliation. <br />5.As-built plans. <br />10.POTHOLING (NOT USED)
