The CONSULTANT will update quantity takeoffs and prepare a final <br />estimate of probable construction costs. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will attend the 90% design review meeting to clarify and <br />address review comments. The meeting will be up to one hours long, and <br />the CONSULTANT will document responses to ensure that any outstanding <br />issues are addressed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />• Final Ad-Ready Plans, Traffic signal and ITS Specifications <br />only for insertion into City’s master package & Estimate in <br />electronic format (native and PDF) <br />• 90% comment and resolution documentation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />OPTIONAL TASKS: To be added when requested by the City of Everett PM. <br /> <br /> <br />8. BID SUPPORT (NOT USED) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />9. CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT (supplemented) <br /> <br />A. Attend pre-construction meeting to answer technical questions from <br />contractor. <br /> <br />B. Provide “as built” plans 30 days after project completion. <br /> <br />C. Consultant shall be available to answer questions during advertisement and <br />provide technical advice during the construction phase. <br /> <br />D. Respond to contractor’s Requests for Information (RFI) as necessary (5). <br /> <br />E. Prepare reproducible final construction plans, utilizing AutoCAD at 20 scale <br />(or whatever scale is most feasible), on the City of Everett title blocks. All <br />construction shall be per City of Everett standards, unless indicated <br />differently on the plan. Provide “as built” plans 30 days after project <br />completion <br /> <br />F. Participate in one walk-through final check of the project to assure the work <br />is in substantial conformance with the approved construction documents. <br /> <br />
