Harris Computer Corporation Page 8 <br /> <br />On-Call Extended Hours Coverage <br />The On-Call Extended Hours Coverage service offering is an optional service that provides the Customer <br />with 24x7 CMS coverage for Priority 1 issues. <br />General Assumptions <br />1. All assumptions under the General Assumptions for the Standard Managed Services section <br />extend to this offering except for General Assumption 11. <br />2. This offering provides 24x7 on-call coverage for Priority 1 issues. See Ticket Priorities sub-section <br />for priority guidelines. All other priorities are covered in the scope of the Standard Managed <br />Services offering. <br /> <br />
