City of Everett Water Treatment Plant Portal 4 Improvements 1 Amendment 2 Scope of Work Task Assumptions • The design will be completed in two submittals. A draft set of drawings will be provided to the City for review and comment. Following the City's review, BC will address comments and finalize the design documents. • Draft design documents will be delivered to the City four weeks following amendment approval. Final design will be submitted two weeks after receiving City review comments. • Design drawings will be prepared in 2D AutoCAD and adhere to the City's CAD standards. Drawings will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington. • The proposed budget assumes the review of three submittals - precast concrete vault shop drawings, ladders, and hatches. • The proposed budget assumes the review of two RFIs. • No geotechnical work will be completed as part of this scope of work. • City or Contractor to provide certified survey elevations of the crown of the intertie pipeline and grade elevation. • This work does not include development of a cost estimate. • This work will be completed under existing project phase 702 Services During Construction and a new project Phase 703 Vault Design as outlined in Exhibit B. Work Products • Draft design drawings and specifications. • Stamped and sealed final design drawings and specifications. • CAD files of design drawings.
