-The area of Clark Park and Everett High School. Everett Ave, to 23rd St, to Broadway, to Hoyt. The area <br />around Clark Park and Everett High routinely generates a large amount of substance complaints. ACT <br />officers have conducted operations in the area of Clark Park during which drug sales and usage has been <br />witnessed by officers during the course of 2021-2022. This type of criminal activity has generated <br />regular complaints from citizens in addition to arrests. The Everett High campus spans several blocks <br />and it is not uncommon for the nearby drug activity to be within line of sight and along streets where <br />students walk and congregate.
