-The area from 1000 block to the 3200 block of Hewitt Avenue and two blocks north and south of this <br />area is a current SODA area and I believe should remain so for the next two years. This area contains <br />the downtown business core, several bars and the Everett Events Center. Crime analysis shows drug <br />activity throughout this area and it is a source of regular complaints.
