I believe this should remain a SODA area for the next two years. This <br />area contains the Everett Transit Center, a major transportation hub for both the city and the county. <br />While the majority of citizens frequenting this location are law abiding citizens, it is unfortunately a <br />location where narcotic sales and use do take place. While incidents have decreased in this area over <br />the past two years, this area was the focus of countless enforcement operations previously.
