City of Everett 01 01 90 - 1 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> SECTION 01 01 90-OWNER FURNISHED MATERIALS <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> A. Description <br /> 1. Work of this Section includes coordination, transportation/receipt, storage, <br /> and installation of the equipment items and materials that will be furnished by <br /> the Owner for installation by the Contractor, as shown on the Contract <br /> Drawings and as specified herein: <br /> a. Four(4)flush mounted inductive charging coils manufactured <br /> by InductEV/ Momentum Dynamics. <br /> b. One (1) 300KW Inductive Charger Cabinet <br /> 2. Should the Owner identify other materials available for use by the Contractor, <br /> the Contractor shall inspect those proposed items and if acceptable will be <br /> responsible to coordinate their transportation, refurbishment, storage, and <br /> installation. The Contractor and the Owner shall agree to refurbishment <br /> standards for each item. <br /> 4. The Contractor, upon acceptance of materials, shall be responsible for <br /> Owner furnished materials until they are incorporated in the work and have <br /> been accepted by the Construction Manager. <br /> 5. The Construction Manager shall have the right to access the areas where <br /> Owner furnished materials are stored. <br /> 6. The Contractor shall ensure that all permits necessary for storage area use <br /> have been obtained. <br /> B.
