City of Everett 01 01 90 -2 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> 1.3 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> A. The Contractor shall arrange and transport the Owner furnished items from the <br /> storage location to the work site. The cost of trucking, equipment and labor <br /> required to load, transport, and unload the items shall be included as part of the <br /> work. All materials will be either delivered to the site by the Owner or will be at <br /> locations within the Everett metro area. <br /> B. The Construction Manager shall be notified in writing 7 days in advance of and the <br /> time and date for pick-up of the items at the place of storage. <br /> C. The Construction Manager shall be notified 7 Days in advance, in writing when <br /> work using the Owner furnished items is to be performed. <br /> D. All items shall be inspected for visual damage and checked to conform that all <br /> required elements are included. Within 24 hours after items are picked up, all <br /> damage or missing items shall be reported in writing to the Construction Manager. <br /> E. The Contractor is responsible for replacement of Owner furnished items upon <br /> receipt and shall provide for the safety and protection required to maintain the <br /> items in proper condition. The Contractor shall repair or replace items damaged as <br /> a result of his operations. <br /> PART 2—PRODUCTS(NOT USED) <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> 3.2 INSTALLATION <br /> Installation methods shall comply with the manufacturer's requirements provided by the <br /> Owner or as otherwise specified in the Contract Documents. <br /> END OF SECTION 01 01 90 <br /> 01 01 90 - 2 OWNER FURNISHED MATERIALS <br />
