One (1) copy of manufacturers' printed installation, erection, application, <br /> and placing instructions. <br /> 5. One (1) copy of inspection reports, test reports and certificates of <br /> compliance. <br /> C. Samples will not be forwarded, unless otherwise specified in a specific <br /> Specification Section. If forwarded to the Owner, samples will be retained by the <br /> Owner. <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> A. Coordinate each submittal with the requirements of the work; place particular <br /> emphasis upon ensuring that each submittal of one trade is compatible with other <br /> submittals of that trade and submittals of other trades. Coordinate submission of <br /> related items to expedite Project. <br /> B. Track each submittal/re-submittal with sequentially numbered transmittal forms. <br /> C. Contractor shall be responsible for the correctness of the drawings, for shop fits <br /> and field connections, and for the results obtained by use of such drawings. <br /> Approval of drawings and associated calculations by the Construction Manager <br /> and/or local jurisdictions shall not relieve the Contractor from the responsibility for <br /> errors or omissions in the drawings or associated calculations, or from deviation <br /> from the Contract Documents, unless such deviations were specifically called to <br /> the attention of the Construction Manager in the letter of transmittal submitted <br /> with the drawings and the Construction Manager expressly approves those <br /> deviations. <br /> D. Distribute Submittals After Review: Distribute prints of accepted submittals, to the <br /> Owner, applicable jurisdictions, concerned subcontractors, suppliers and <br /> fabricators; and to concerned members of the Contractor's work force. Instruct <br /> parties to promptly report any inability to comply with provisions. <br /> E. Preferably do not start work for which submittals are required until submittals <br /> have been approved by the Construction Manager and signatures indicating <br /> review and approval have been received. Any work performed prior to the <br /> required submittals being approved is at the Contractor's risk. <br /> F.
