The mark "REVIEW NOT REQUIRED" means that Engineer doesn't <br /> require a review of the material submitted and that the Contractor may <br /> proceed with the work. <br /> 3.3 CONSTUCTION MANANER'S and JURISDICTIONAL REVIEW: The following <br /> procedure shall be used for submittals requiring the Owners or other jurisdictional <br /> approval, as identified in the Master Submittal List. <br /> A. Submittals will be reviewed for conformance to requirements of the Contract <br /> Documents, Plans and Specifications. Review of a separate item will not <br /> constitute review of an assembly in which the item functions. Review will not <br /> relieve the Design/Build Contractor from his responsibility for accuracy of <br /> submittals, for conformity of submittals to requirements of the Contract <br /> Documents, Plans and Specifications, for compatibility of described product with <br /> contiguous products and the rest of the system, or for prosecution and <br /> completion of the Contract in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. <br /> B. Review stamp will be affixed, action block will be marked, and stamp will be <br /> signed and dated. The action block stamp shall have the same meanings as <br /> defined above. <br /> C. The Construction Manager/Jurisdiction will review the submittals for general <br /> conformance with the Contract Documents and mark, sign and date the review <br /> stamp. Approval of drawings and associated calculations shall not relieve the <br /> Contractor from the responsibility for errors or omissions in the drawings or <br /> associated calculations, or from deviation from the Contract Documents, unless <br /> such deviations were specifically called to the attention of the Construction <br /> Manager/Jurisdiction in the letter of transmittal submitted with the drawings and <br /> the Construction Manager/Jurisdiction expressly approves the deviations. <br /> 3.4 SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> A. Prepare Shop Drawings on a maximum sheet size of 22 inches by 34 inches and <br /> to a scale large enough to easily depict and annotate each of the various items. <br /> B. Provide special notation of dimensions established by field measurement. <br /> Highlight, encircle or otherwise indicate deviations from Contract Documents on <br /> Shop Drawings. <br /> C. Submit a final, corrected, reproducible print of each Shop Drawing and show the <br /> Work as actually installed, placed, erected, and applied. <br /> 3.5 PRODUCT DATA: Include appropriate information as required herein and in the <br /> individual Specification sections. <br /> 01 30 00 - 8 SUBMITTALS <br />
