City of Everett 01 35 29 - 3 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> suppliers. The Health and Safety Rep should be capable of identifying hazards within <br /> the job site, take immediate actions to correct hazard and if needed, stop work until <br /> hazards have been corrected. <br /> B. The Contractor shall authorize the Health and Safety Representative to resolve safety- <br /> related issues raised by the Owner. <br /> C. The Health and Safety Representative is responsible to insure that work is performed in <br /> accordance with the Health and Safety Plan. <br /> D. At the daily job briefing and/or tailgate conference, Contractor shall provide the Owner's <br /> representative in attendance at the meeting all relevant information on the Work to be <br /> performed, its location, and the equipment to be used. <br /> E. The Contractor is responsible to insure that its workers and subcontractors have all <br /> safety equipment required for the Work. <br /> F. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as imposing any duty upon the Owner or any <br /> of its employees with regard to, or as constituting any express or implied assumption of <br /> control or responsibility over, Project Site safety, or over any other safety conditions <br /> relating to employees or agents of Contractor or any of its Subcontractors, or the public. <br /> PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Used) <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION (Not Used) <br /> END OF SECTION 01 35 29 <br /> 01 35 29- 3 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br />
