City of Everett 01 35 53 - 1 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> SECTION 01 35 53 -SECURITY PROCEDURES <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> A. Section Includes: Procedures to maintain security including unauthorized entry, <br /> vandalism, and theft to buildings and grounds at Project site. <br /> B. Related Sections: <br /> 1. Section 01 31 19 - Project Meetings <br /> 2. Section 01 50 00—Temporary Facilities and Controls <br /> 1.2 SECURITY PROGRAM <br /> A. Arrange with Owner, at Preconstruction Meeting specified Section 01 3119, to set up <br /> security program to prevent unauthorized entry and to protect against other security <br /> problems, including loss due to theft, vandalism, and fire. <br /> B. Arrange with Owner for access keys as necessary to perform Work of this Contract. <br /> 1. Keys Issued by Owner: Do not duplicate. Return to Owner at Final Completion. <br /> 2. Keys not returned: Re-key locks at Contractor's expense and provide new keys <br /> conforming to keying types required by Owner. <br /> C. Establish adequate flood lighting to allow monitoring of Project site during evening hours. <br /> 1.3 STORAGE AND PROTECTION <br /> A. Provide for secure lockup of stored materials and take additional measures to protect <br /> against theft vandalism, and other loss of property belonging to Owner located on site <br /> and at off-site facilities. <br /> 1.4 ENTRY CONTROL <br /> A. Restrict entrance of unauthorized persons and vehicles into construction areas. <br /> B. Maintain log with names and dates of those who enter site. <br /> C. Maintain security of construction fencing and gates as approved by Owner in advance. <br /> Lock at end of each working day. <br /> D. Maintain security site lighting systems as approved by Owner in advance. <br /> 01 35 53 - 1 SECURITY PROCEDURES <br />
