User's guides for software and hardware. <br /> c. Schedule of maintenance material items recommended to be stored at <br /> Project site. <br /> d. Detailed instructions covering operation under both normal and abnormal <br /> conditions. <br /> e. Time-current curves for overcurrent protective devices and manufacturer's <br /> written instructions for testing and adjusting their settings. <br /> f. List of load-current and overload-relay heaters with related motor <br /> nameplate data. <br /> g. List of lamp types and photoelectric relays used on Project, with ANSI and <br /> manufacturers' codes. <br /> h. Manufacturer's instructions for setting field-adjustable components. <br /> i. Manufacturer's instructions for testing, adjusting, and reprogramming <br /> microprocessor controls. <br /> j. EPSS: Manufacturer's system checklists, maintenance schedule, and <br /> maintenance log sheets in accordance with NFPA 110. <br /> k. Exterior pole inspection and repair procedures. <br /> I. Include copies of demonstration and training videos. <br /> D. Software and Firmware Operational Documentation: Provide software and firmware <br /> operational documentation in Facility EPM Program Binders, including the following: <br /> 1. Software operating and upgrade manuals. <br /> 2. Names, versions, and website addresses for locations of installed software. <br /> 3. Device address list. <br /> 4. Printout of software application and graphic screens. <br /> 5. Testing and adjusting of panic and emergency power features. <br /> 6. For lighting controls, include the following: <br /> a. Adjustments of scene preset controls, adjustable fade rates, and fade <br /> overrides. <br /> b. Operation of adjustable zone controls. <br /> E. Training: With assistance from factory-authorized service representatives, train <br /> Owner's maintenance personnel on the following topics: <br /> 1. How to implement updated Facility EPM Program. <br /> 2. How to adjust, operate, and maintain equipment specified in Section 111136 <br /> "Vehicle Charging Equipment." <br /> 3. How to operate normal and emergency electrical systems, including justifications <br /> for, and limitations of, protective device settings recommended in study report <br /> specified in Section 260573.16 "Coordination Studies." <br /> 4. Electrical power safety fundamentals refresher including arc-flash hazard safety <br /> features of electrical power distribution equipment in facility, interpreting arc-flash <br /> warning labels, selecting appropriate personal protective equipment, and <br /> understanding significance of findings documented in study report specified in <br /> Section 260573.19 "Arc-Flash Hazard Analysis." <br /> 5.
