a. Indicate individual Items of Work including, but not limited to: <br /> 1) Percent Fee. <br /> 2) Specified General Conditions: <br /> a) Preparation and submittal to Owner of Construction Baseline Schedule, <br /> Submittal Schedule and monthly Progress Schedule updates shall not <br /> be less than 0.5 percent of the GMP, with the value of each update <br /> apportioned equally. <br /> b) Commissioning of operational systems shall not be less than 1 percent <br /> of the GMP. <br /> c) Completion of punchlist items shall not be less than 1 percent of the <br /> GMP. <br /> d) Completion and delivery of O&M data and warranties shall not be less <br /> than 0.5% of the GMP. <br /> e) Requirements of Final Completion (record drawings, extra stock, all <br /> documentation, etc.) shall not be less than 0.5% of the GMP. <br /> 3) Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP): <br /> a) Mobilization shall not exceed 0.5 percent of the GMP <br /> b) Subcontract costs. As subcontracts are executed the Contractor shall <br /> revise the Schedule of Values to reflect the actual cost of subcontract <br /> work. <br /> c) Risk Contingency Account. As Team Change Memoranda are approved, <br /> revise the Risk Contingency Account to reflect the change. <br /> d) Negotiated Support Services. <br /> b. For items on which progress payments will be requested for materials or <br /> equipment purchased/fabricated/delivered but not yet installed, show "initial <br /> value" for payment request and "value added" for subsequent stage(s) of <br /> completion on that unit of work. <br /> c. For each line item of installed value exceeding $100,000, show breakdown by <br /> major products or operations under each item. <br /> d. Breakdown major work efforts by floor, building area, construction phase or <br /> systems as appropriate for ease of review and confirmation of Work completed. <br /> e. Breakdown all work related to specification sections 02-33, to indicate <br /> material and labor as separate line items in the schedule of values. <br /> f.
