The PDF document size must be the same as the original document size if the <br /> document were printed (e.g., a 24-inch by 36-inch print should have a PDF sheet size <br /> of 24-by-36). <br /> 7. Each document must be submitted as a single file. <br /> a. A single O&M product reference is one file. <br /> b. A single drawing is one file. <br /> c. A document larger than 11-inch by 17-inch is defined as single document and is <br /> one file. <br /> F. Architect's Action: Except for submittals provided for the Architect's information, the <br /> Architect will: review each submittal, stamp the transmittal or cover sheet indicating action <br /> taken, and return promptly to Contractor with a copy to the Owners Representative. <br /> Typically, actions include: <br /> 1. Reviewed; <br /> 2. Rejected; <br /> 3. Submit Specific Item <br /> 4. Furnish as Corrected; and <br /> 5. Revise and Resubmit. <br /> G.
