In each profile, provide the following: <br /> • Project photo(s), <br /> • Short description of the Project and how it is similar to this Project, <br /> • Contracted duration of construction, <br /> • Actual duration of construction, <br /> • Contracted construction value, <br /> • Final cost of construction, <br /> • Contact information for both the Owner and Designer, including the manager who is <br /> familiar with your firm's performance, <br /> • Note if any of the individuals named in your Project team participated as members of <br /> the profiled Project. <br /> • Indicate which Projects were completed using alternative delivery(cost-reimbursable <br /> basis(GC/CM, CM/GC or similar),negotiated contract, or design-build)or had similar <br /> elements and services to those delivery methods. <br /> 5.5 Project Approach: <br /> The purpose of subsection 5.5 is to evaluate your firm's approach to executing the Project, <br /> including the ability to meet the Project time and budget requirements. <br /> Describe your overall approach to maximizing the value of your Preconstruction, Bidding, and <br /> Construction Services. In addition, briefly address the following Project issues and provide <br /> your firm's plan for the following: <br /> • Integrating your services with the Owner, design team, and GC/CM Consultant to <br /> support and ensure the success of the Project. <br /> • Providing preconstruction services. <br /> • Maximizing value and success of the preconstruction phase. <br /> • Tracking Project costs and providing accurate budget forecasting during <br /> preconstruction and construction phases. <br /> • Providing realistic cost estimates during the preconstruction phase that avoids overly <br /> conservative estimates. <br /> • Attracting subcontractor and supplier interest in the Project, including local <br /> businesses, small business enterprises, and socially and economically <br /> disadvantaged business enterprises. <br /> • Competitive and successful material and subcontractor buyout. <br /> • Use of BIM technology for the Project during Preconstruction and Construction. <br /> • Scope of work your firm proposes to self-perform and its past performance of that <br /> scope of work. How will you ensure price competition in this scope of work? <br /> • Successfully managing and completing a Project with critical phasing, phased <br /> completion, and move-in dates.
