5.3 Firm Data: <br /> For the GC/CM Contractor, provide the history and capabilities of your firm, including: <br /> • The types of Projects or services the firm normally performs. <br /> • Number of full-time employees in Washington State. <br /> • Location of the"local office"that will be responsible for the work. <br /> • Number of full-time employees that work at the local office. <br /> • The number of employees identified for this Project based out of the local office. <br /> • The firm's bonding capacity for 2022 and anticipated bonding capacity for 2023. <br /> • Standard insurance types and coverage amounts carried by the firm. <br /> 5.4 Firm History and Capabilities: <br /> The purpose of subsection 5.4 is to evaluate past performance with negotiated or similarly <br /> complex projects and to evaluate your firm's capacity to perform the work. <br /> Describe the history and capabilities of your firm, including the following: <br /> • Percentage of work over the past five (5) years (based on total revenue dollars) <br /> delivered as GC/CM, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build, and other delivery methods. <br /> • Describe your firm's and your proposed team's experience and success in safely <br /> conducting construction activities in existing occupied operational facilities adjacent <br /> to arterials and streets <br /> • Describe your firm's and your proposed team's experience and planning and <br /> executing construction logistics and phasing of work to minimize the impact on <br /> existing operational facilities,existing utilities and infrastructure,and existing adjacent <br /> arterials and streets that must remain operational and functional during construction. <br /> • Describe your firm's experience with sustainable design and construction practices <br /> during design and construction. Note that the Owner is not seeking LEED certification <br /> but encourages sustainable practices. <br /> • Total construction contract value, listed by year, of projects completed in Washington <br /> State in 2020, 2021, and 2022. <br /> • Total construction contract value of projects in Washington State that will be in <br /> progress or anticipated to begin construction in 2023, including this project which <br /> would begin construction in the Spring of 2024. <br /> • Provide Project information profiles of your firm's last four(4) completed or currently <br /> ongoing Projects that demonstrate complexity, size, scope, and value similar to this <br /> Project. <br /> Comparative factors would include, but are not limited to: <br /> • GC/CM delivery <br /> • Phased construction <br /> • Project construction value in the range of$15-25M <br /> • Construction or modernization of commercial office buildings <br /> • Work at an occupied facility or site where the existing uses and functions must remain <br /> fully operational during construction <br /> • Work at a facility or site that includes essential facilities or services <br /> • Work at a facility or site that is shared with agencies or tenants other than the Owner <br /> City of Everett <br /> Everett Municipal Building <br /> Public Works Tenant Improvements 13 <br /> RFP for GC/CM Services <br />
