2.9 Proposer acknowledges that the Project will be subject to local, state and federal statutes <br /> including the responsibility to pay prevailing wages and apprenticeship utilization. <br /> 3. Preparation of Bids <br /> 3.1 Each Proposer is required to submit RFFP Final Proposal on the RFFP Final Proposal <br /> Form included in this RFFP. The first bid amount in the RFFP Final Proposal shall be for <br /> the"Specified General Conditions," and the second bid amount shall be for the"Fee."The <br /> terms "Fee" and "Specified General Conditions" are defined in the sample GC/CM <br /> Contract included in this RFFP. <br /> 3.1.1 Proposers shall provide, at a minimum, the fully-qualified personnel as indicated below, <br /> as listed in the RFP Proposal and RFFP Final Proposal Form. Key personnel, their <br /> minimum level of involvement, and their minimum qualifications shall be as indicated in <br /> RFP Section 5.2 and as presented in Proposer's response to the RFP (Statement of <br /> Qualifications). Where noted, staff members shall be provided on a full-time basis <br /> throughout construction and closeout unless agreed to by the Owner. Proposer's Specified <br /> General Conditions bid amount shall cover all costs associated with key personnel and <br /> other staff proposed, including but not limited to salaries, benefits, vacation, holiday, sick <br /> leave, payroll taxes, insurance, bonuses, profit sharing, normal office equipment, <br /> company- assigned vehicles, personal vehicles, travel expenses to and from the job site <br /> and temporary living expenses while stationed at the job site. Travel expenses for out-of- <br /> town travel for specific purposes, only if approved by the Owner, will be reimbursed as <br /> Negotiated Support Services. <br /> The specific staff members assigned to the Project during each phase of the Project may <br /> be further negotiated between the Owner and the GC/CM based on the needs of the <br /> Project at the time and in the best interest of the Project. <br /> Key personnel: <br /> • Corporate Executive or Principal in Charge (part-time) <br /> • Preconstruction Manager (part-time during pre-construction, not required during <br /> the construction phase) <br /> • Project Manager- (part-time during pre-construction, full-time during <br /> construction) <br /> • Project Superintendent (part-time during pre-construction, full-time during <br /> construction) <br /> • Project Engineer(s) (not required during pre-construction, full-time during <br /> construction) <br /> • Safety Officer(part-time during pre-construction and construction) <br /> Other personnel: <br /> • Estimator (part-time during pre-construction and construction) <br /> • Scheduler (part-time during pre-construction and construction) <br /> • Outreach Coordinator(part-time during pre-construction and construction) <br /> • All other supporting staff(part-time during pre-construction and construction) <br /> City of Everett Municipal Building February 3,2023 <br /> Everett Municipal Building Public Works Tenant Spec Sect 00 22 13 <br /> Improvements 00 22 13-2 RFFP for GCCM Services <br /> RFFP for GC/CM Services <br />
