2.9 Proposer acknowledges that the Project will be subject to local, state and federal statutes <br /> including the responsibility to pay prevailing wages and apprenticeship utilization. <br /> 3. Preparation of Bids <br /> 3.1 Each Proposer is required to submit RFFP Final Proposal on the RFFP Final Proposal <br /> Form included in this RFFP. The first bid amount in the RFFP Final Proposal shall be for <br /> the"Specified General Conditions," and the second bid amount shall be for the"Fee."The <br /> terms "Fee" and "Specified General Conditions" are defined in the sample GC/CM <br /> Contract included in this RFFP. <br /> 3.1.1 Proposers shall provide, at a minimum, the fully-qualified personnel as indicated below, <br /> as listed in the RFP Proposal and RFFP Final Proposal Form. Key personnel, their <br /> minimum level of involvement, and their minimum qualifications shall be as indicated in <br /> RFP Section 5.2 and as presented in Proposer's response to the RFP (Statement of <br /> Qualifications). Where noted, staff members shall be provided on a full-time basis <br /> throughout construction and closeout unless agreed to by the Owner. Proposer's Specified <br /> General Conditions bid amount shall cover all costs associated with key personnel and <br /> other staff proposed, including but not limited to salaries, benefits, vacation, holiday, sick <br /> leave, payroll taxes, insurance, bonuses, profit sharing, normal office equipment, <br /> company- assigned vehicles, personal vehicles, travel expenses to and from the job site <br /> and temporary living expenses while stationed at the job site.
