3.2.8 Draft copies of the GC/CM Contract (including the General Conditions) have been included with the RFFP. 3.2.9 No other entries, modifications, or qualifications shall be made to the RFFP Final Proposal Form. Failure to fully comply with these requirements may be grounds for an RFFP Final Proposal being declared non-responsive. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all RFFP Final Proposals and to waive, as an informality, any non-material irregularities in the RFFP Final Proposals received. 4. Taxes 4.1 The Final Proposal shall include all taxes imposed by law except Washington State Sales Tax. State sales tax shall not be included in the total Bid. 5. Submission and Withdrawal of Bids 5.1 The RFFP Final Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes or packages and clearly marked as"(GC/CM Name), RFFP Final Proposal, RFP 22-101, "Everett Municipal Building Public Works Tenant Improvements." It is recommended that Proposers use the label below. Delivered proposals are accepted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 p.m., excluding city-observed holidays. If submitting in person, call (425) 257-8901 to access the locked elevator.
