Lot 30 inclusive, block 319 , :semington' s <br /> FirstAddition to Everett <br /> Lots 17 , 18 and 19 , Block 303, _Flat of Everett , <br /> Division "i'T" ; <br /> Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 304, of Everett , <br /> Division "N" . <br /> Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to <br /> be called "Local Improvement District Fund _ o. 513 <br /> which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts <br /> assessed , levied and collected on the several lots and parcels <br /> of land in said improvement district, and the proceeds of the <br /> sale of bonds in said district , for the purpose of defraying <br /> the cost and expense of such improvement . Out of said fund <br /> shall be paid the bonds and interest thereon and the entire <br /> cost of said improvement, except the amount contributed by <br /> the federal government under P1'IA. <br /> -2- <br />
