Do not click links or open attachments unless you
recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Hi Drew:
1. The project address on the drawings should be revised to the correct addressed: 3427 Bell
Avenue.
I submitted 1 set for the two buildings, then Planning told me to separate the permit and use the following
address for the 2nd Unit(Garage) 3725 Bell Ave, Everett, WA, 98201. I enclosed the Gmail file with the email
with Grace Pollard. I also already submitted a Non Conforming use Certification to Planning, since Planning
said there's proof that this unit was never a garage but a dwelling structure. I called it Garage because It said
Garage in the Snohomish Property Taxes page and didn't click until Planning told me, how can a garage have
a crawl space instead of a slab ?
1. The project involves work on two separate dwellings on the same lot. Each building requires
a separate building application. Separate applications with separate drawing packages are
required. If preferred, the previously submitted drawings can be made available to you upon
request to use in creating separate drawings packages; please email Cindy Bergsma if you
would like the drawings placed in the Permit Services drop-off area. See additional
comments below. Note that if previously submitted drawing sheets are used to create the
separate drawing packages, sheets including information for the "other building" must be
revised to remove information not applicable to the scope for each building. The Main
House should be retained on the current permit application; the second residential building
will be set up on the new permit application.
I dropped off on Friday the 11th, 2 separate sets of plans, one for the Main House and the 2nd for the Secondary
Unit.Did you receive this ones or are you just checking the 1st set of plans that I dropped off about a month ago ?
1. The project appears to involve demolition of an attached garage that is connecting the main
house and the detached building to remain. A demolition application has been submitted for
2/‘,
