Site Plan.There are two (2)differing site plans submitted with this application. One included on <br /> the coversheet of the plan set and another 11"x17".We will not be using the site plan included <br /> on the coversheet.The following comments are specifically addressing the 11"x17" site plan. <br /> a. Parking.Show designated parking spaces with dimensions on site plan. Parking for one <br /> dwelling shall not be located in such a way as to possibly block the parking for the other <br /> dwelling; <br /> i. Parking areas designated to show compliance and dimensioned on plans <br /> b. Height Calculations.Show existing height of detached accessory building per City of <br /> Everett standards. Height calculations shall be on site plan and on elevation drawings; <br /> i. Height calculations and average grade provided as requested <br /> c. Length of all lot lines dimensioned on site plan; <br /> i. Length of all property lines provided as requested C1.0 <br /> d. Distance between all buildings, existing and proposed; <br /> i. Distance between buildings provided as requested <br /> e. Existing building setbacks from all lot lines; <br /> i. Building dimensions to all property lines provided C1.0 <br /> f. Utilities; <br /> i. Utilities shown as known. <br /> g. Show all perimeter building dimensions. Note length of eave overhangs; <br /> i. Building dimensions and overhangs shown for scope of work. <br /> h. All dimensions, location, and material of proposed and existing driveways; <br /> i.
