Final Presentation of Materials before Everett City Council. * For purposes of Section 2 of the PSA, City and Service Provider agree that the following items were created by Service Provider prior to engagement: o Definition and information on the difference between system -based Law Enforcement integrated ornestic Violence Coordinators and Community based advocacy services. o Matrix used to determine the appropriate number of service hours which would best serve the needs of the community and assist in determining appropriate staffing. Projections will be based on estimates, assumptions and o ther information developed from research of local historical crime data related to domestic ✓ iolence, knowledge of the industry and meetings with the Police Department and the Prosecutor's office. The sources of information and basis of the estimates and assumptions will be stated in the written report. Bridge Coordination Services, LLC. feasibility study findings and projections are intended solely for the City of Everett based on their own local data. At the completion of this project the City will be sent the invoice for payment in full for this project. ** 2
