Installation Model: FSH-2, FSH-2A-99 <br /> 2.03.4 Equipotential Bonding <br /> ■ <br /> An equipotential bonding lug is provided on this Hood so that it can be electrically <br /> bonded to the equipment being operated under it and/or other pieces of equipment <br /> being operated in the same workspace. The purpose is to minimize the possibility of <br /> AP a potential difference between two pieces of equipment that could result in <br /> electrical shock or electrocution of persons who might possibly touch two pieces of <br /> equipment at the same time. <br /> 2.03.5 Fire Alarm Connection <br /> Allows for connection of hood to the building fire alarm control system so that any activation of the hood's fire <br /> extinguishing system will activate the facility fire alarm. <br /> 1. Refer to Figures 2.03.1 (A)& (8) and run appropriate size conduit and wire from the indicated location on the <br /> unit to the building's fire alarm control system. Allow enough conduit and wire so the hood can be accessed <br /> for cleaning and servicing. <br /> 2. Make appropriate connections. <br /> 3.
