Portions of <br /> Wetmore and the existing concrete sidewalk will also be replaced, as will portions of the <br /> conrecte alleyway behind the proposed improvements. There are 2 existing planter strips <br /> on site,totaling to about 870 SF of pervious surface. The entire site slopes down to the east, <br /> where stormwater runoff sheet flows into the existing alleyway. Once in the alley runoff is <br /> conveyed via a shallow flow line to the south,where it enters the combined sewer system <br /> via a catch basin north of California street. <br /> 2.
