We want to make sure your report <br /> and associated recommendations reflect what is happening on the ground. There will soon be <br /> some significant changes that will alter the landscape for parking in the city center. For your <br /> reference,the locations described below are all identified on the attached map(orange <br /> indicates a Skotdal property and green indicates a property owned by a third party). <br /> 1.)2721 Wetmore Avenue <br /> We plan to start construction of a new 77-unit apartment building at this location in August. <br /> As a result,the 53 surface parking spaces will no longer be available for hourly and monthly <br /> parking. The hourly parking was frequented by patrons of the Village Theatre. We will be <br /> migrating some monthly parkers from this site to other locations that we own and canceling <br /> agreements with non-Skotdal customers because there isn't any parking available. <br /> 2.) Port Gardner Parking Garage(Funko) <br /> Key Bank Tower has a permanent easement to use 39 spaces at the Port Gardner Parking <br /> Garage(PGPG). Funko says they now have 361 full-time employees and confirms the garage has <br /> room for 386 vehicles. 18 of the garage spaces have been leased to Well Fargo Bank. Our goal <br /> was to relocate some parkers from 2721 Wetmore Avenue to the PGPG. In response to our <br /> request, Funko says they will honor the agreement provided we pay$300 per month per stall. <br /> This is triple the existing market rate of any parking location in Downtown Everett. <br /> 3.) Everpark Garage <br /> The management team at the Everpark Garage indicates that this facility is also full and can't <br /> accommodate additional monthly parking. <br /> 4.)2606 Wetmore Avenue <br /> This 25-stall parking lot is currently full. We will be cancelling month-to-month agreements with <br /> non-Skotdal customers and migrating our own customers to this site.
