GENERAL INFORMATION Project Title: Total Cost: Total Eligible Cost: Ecology Share: Recipient Share: The Effective Date of this Agreement is: The Expiration Date of this Agreement is no later than: Project Type: Regional Stormwater Facility Planning $401,480.00 $401,480.00 $301,110.00 $100,370.00 07/01/2022 06/30/2025 Stormwater Facility Project Short Description: This project will ultimately improve water quality through further analysis of the Receiving Water Conditions Assessment developed as part of the Stormwater Management Action Plan to identify stormwater facility locations within the City of Everett. This project will produce a Regional Facility Report, Adaptive Management Plan, and Conceptual Design Report to include at least five facility designs to address receiving water impairments from existing developed and anticipated redevelopment areas. Project Long Description: The City of Everett's surface water service system is comprised of three watersheds and 22 major drainage basins which total over 11,000 acres. The three watersheds are Port Gardner/Possession Sound Watershed, the Snohomish Watershed, and the Lake Washington Watershed. The surface water service system is managed by the RECIPIENT to protect and enhance the City's downstream receiving waters, and ultimately the Puget Sound.
